What Did You Get Us?

And so ends Chapter Two, “The Lion, the Witch & The Library!” Fun fact—the lion bit in the title doesn’t really pay off until Chapter Three (“Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner”). Oh, and the witch thing? Yeah, that’s not until Chapter Three too. Granted, you could make the argument that the “witch” is Cat, but…well, I don’t want to give anything away, besides that fact that, apparently, I’m terrible with titles.

What do you think is going to happen on Friday? That Cat & Co. get the life squeezed out of them and that’s just it (Done! Finito!) for the comic? The lesson being: “Evil always wins, especially when said evil is a toothy tween in need of a good tailor?” Could be, Dear Reader, could be.

Beside the closing out of Chapter Two, this week marks our eleven-week anniversary, which, as we all know, is Tin. Tony gave me a tin solider and I gave it right back to him, because I forgot to go shopping and, well…it got a bit awkward, Dear Reader, not going to lie. But the upside is that Tony has a brand-spanking new tin solider to add to his collection! Including the one I re-gifted to him, he now has a total of one. Keep collecting, Tony!

And speaking of ‘stans—hey! Dude in Kazakhstan! How you living? Hey! People in Venezuela! I love arepas (I really do, I’m not pandering)!
